Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Processing time may be slightly longer during sales, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer:

Standard Shipping (5–8business days) — calculated at checkout

Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days) — available for an additional fee
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this link to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
Soreyaluxe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@soreyaluxe.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
