1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unopened and unused items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, gummies, or supplements cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used consumables (protein, gummies, supplements)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or promotional bundles


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
